Shipping Info: CDs and t-shirts are shipped in a letter, LPs and bags in a small parcel. This usually takes three days within Germany, one week within Europe, and two weeks overseas.
Return Policy: We usually ship in a letter or small parcel without tracking number and without insurance in order to keep costs reasonable, as the items are only CDs, LPs, bags or t-shirts. As a result, we cannot bear the risk of damage or loss of the goods and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. (It always worked though.) If a different shipping method is desired, a message to us would be the best way to clarify this.
